Bring BE-KIND to life

  • Responsible for the successful execution of all field marketing efforts in MEA ultimately resulting in increased brand awareness and conversion from trial to purchase.

  • Support the execution of the national events calendar through providing the relevant in-store displays and activity necessities on time.

  • Responsible for the delivery of all key field marketing metrics (total samples, ROI, POS placement, quality of the program, recruitment, engagement, etc).

  • Delivers unique & engaging experiences between BE-KIND and consumers through inclusion of the brand in key events across the markets, or creating the relevant experiences where relevant.

  • Support market field sales teams through relevant sampling & events playing a key role in enabling opportunities with key customers and driving sell-out.

Manage BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors

  • Manage BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors, including recruitment, training, engagement within market, ensuring they successfully execute KIND Field marketing strategy and effectively oversee the field team

  • Mentor BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors, encouraging skill development and personal brand ownership

  • Lead by being an outstanding role model, regularly working with teams in the fied

DCOM Activations

  • Develop customer calendar/customer-specific activations for DCOM across MEA.

  • Work with DCOM acceleration team on DCOM media/visibility plan to support growth ambition on DCOM for MEA.

  • Represent BE-KIND as the POC during external business reviews and internal customer team meetings to drive the right focus on the business and unlock opportunities.

  • Liaise with MEA DCOM acceleration team to unlock the right DCOM portfolio to win within this channel.

  • Unlock DCOM-specific moments/occasions on top of BE-KIND calendar to accelerate BE-KIND growth within the channel.

Social Media/Community Management

  • Own our social and content strategy with support from our local agency partners.

    This includes social calendar, locally relevant content, social listening, to step-change how we do social and bring us closer to our Ensure

    synergy between market activation and social presence to elevate market activation beyond physical retail.

  • Report and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual results relevant to our social channels.
