Kindergarten Lead Teacher
Episcopal School of Nashville is seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Lead Teacher for the remainder of the 2025-26 academic school year. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful listener, who is able to effectively motivate and teach 5 and 6 year old students with diverse learning needs and abilities. An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, colleagues, and families, both orally and in writing, is essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Early Childhood Education. Experience in play-based curriculum development, at least three years of full-time Early Childhood teaching experience, and a master’s degree are preferred. Comfort and familiarity with the use of relevant technology to enhance learning are also essential.
