Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote early childhood development
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Encourage language development, basic numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and keep detailed records
• Manage daily routines including snack time, nap time, and toileting
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and behavior
• Prepare materials, set up learning centers, and decorate the classroom
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines as per school or state regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
