Kindergarten Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Kindergarten Teacher with a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling kindergarten children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and motor skill development
• Observe and assess student progress and maintain records
• Manage classroom behavior with positive guidance techniques
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of students at all times
• Participate in school events, training, and meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Montessori / NTT / ECCE / D.Ed (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling kindergarten or pre-primary students
• Strong understanding of early childhood development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
