Position Overview
Christian Life Academy is seeking an experienced, dynamic Kindergarten Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and integrating Christian values into the classroom. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who creates a structured, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s academic, social, and spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with academic standards and Christian principles.
  • Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and a love of learning.
  • Foster students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development through differentiated instruction and hands-on activities.
  • Create a safe and positive classroom environment that reflects Christian values.
  • Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of assessment tools and methods.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth, classroom events, and school activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support the mission and goals of Christian Life Academy.
  • Participate in chapel, school events, professional development, and community service initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education (required)
  • Valid state teaching license or certification (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience (preferred)
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to Christian education and integrating Biblical principles into teaching
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team of educators

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
