Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales Specialist to join our team and elevate our customer experience. In this role, you will be the key driver in showcasing our premium cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and remodeling solutions to clients. Your energetic approach will help guide customers through the entire sales journey—from initial consultation and layout design to final installation coordination. You will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the growth of our brand in the competitive kitchen and bath industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their renovation needs and present tailored cabinetry and remodeling solutions.
• Utilize Pro-Kitchen or 20/20, CAD, and layout design tools to create detailed visualizations that help clients envision their dream spaces.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlight features, and upsell complementary items such as lighting fixtures, hardware, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, project timelines, and service terms effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients with remodeling projects by providing expert advice on construction, interior design, lighting design, and maintenance considerations.
• Manage account relationships through organized follow-up, order processing via POS systems, and ensuring seamless delivery of products.
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing showroom displays, stocking products efficiently, and promoting new offerings to attract foot traffic.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project specifications are met accurately while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or inside retail sales within the home improvement or remodeling industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry design software such as SketchUp or CAD is essential for creating accurate layouts.
• Familiarity with renovation processes, construction practices, interior design principles, and lighting design enhances your ability to serve clients effectively.
• Multilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases; fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated success in high-end sales environments with a focus on upselling premium products and services.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for measuring spaces accurately and performing retail math calculations related to pricing and inventory management.
