Summary

We are seeking a talented Kitchen Designer to join our team at Hoods Discount Home Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative kitchen designs that meet our customers' needs while enhancing their home improvement projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
• Create detailed kitchen layouts using 2020 design software.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, including cabinets, countertops, and etc.
• Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet budgetary constraints.
• Assist in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen design or related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in 2020 design software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
