Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for kitchen and bath renovations.
• Utilize design software such as 2020 and CAD to create detailed layouts and renderings.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various materials and fixtures.
• Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to promote high-end products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all renovations are completed on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends in renovation, construction, lighting design, and interior design.

Skills

• Proficient in 2020 and CAD for layout design.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on upselling high-end products.
• Experience in renovation, remodeling, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation

• $15/hr plus Commission. Health Insurance provided after six months.
