Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that meet client needs and aesthetic standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, managing projects from inception to completion, and utilizing advanced design software to produce detailed plans and visualizations. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including renovations, remodeling, and new construction, within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client visions and functional requirements.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as Vectorworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare accurate construction documents and drafting plans utilizing CAD tools.
• Select appropriate color schemes, lighting solutions, materials, and furnishings based on color theory and lighting design principles.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the renovation or remodeling process to ensure design integrity.
• Present design concepts clearly through visual presentations, mood boards, and renderings.
• Work with team members during the renovation or construction phases to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including remodeling and renovation work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), and CAD drafting skills.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, construction processes, budgeting, and contracts management.
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members; strong presentation skills are essential.
• Experience with remodeling projects and familiarity with construction practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications, such as ASID, are a plus.
