Kitchen and Bath Designer

RA Cooks Renovations is growing! We are looking for a motivated kitchen & bath designer for our upscale Kettering kitchen & bath showroom!

Job Qualifications: strong technical knowledge of 2020 kitchen design software, enjoys interacting and working 1 on 1 with homeowners, contractors, interior designers, etc. (strong social/sales skills), & technical experience working on kitchen & bathroom remodels.

Summary

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will be instrumental in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients. Reporting to the Design Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills in customer service, sales, and communication to engage with clients and understand their needs. Your premium skills in layout design, CAD, and renovation will enable you to develop innovative designs that meet high-end market demands. Additionally, your relevant skills in marketing and account management will support the overall success of our retail environment, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen and bath design needs and preferences.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed layout designs and renderings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on materials and finishes.
• Manage sales transactions and handle cash register operations efficiently.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the design and purchasing process.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote kitchen and bath products effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29,524.00 - $105,383.00 per year
