Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer (High Earnings | No Project Management)

$70K–$100K+ | Uncapped Commission + $14K Bonus Plan

Overview

We are a fast-growing residential remodeling company seeking a high-performing Kitchen & Bath Designer for our showroom.

This is a design role only.

You will take clients from consultation through design, product selection, and signed approval, then hand off to our dedicated project management team for execution.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
• Uncapped Commission on closed projects
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $3,500 ($14,000 annually)
• Additional 7% Commission on all change orders secured during design phase

Responsibilities

• Conduct showroom design consultations
• Design kitchens & baths using 20/20 Design software
• Guide clients through all product selections (cabinets, countertops, fixtures)
• Create layouts, pricing, and proposals
• Present designs and close sales
• Prepare accurate orders and documentation
• Required to use Builder Trend CRM where applicable
• Finalize selections and obtain client sign-off, After approval, projects are handed off to project management

Requirements

• 3+ years Kitchen & Bath design experience
• Strong proficiency in 20/20 Design software (multiple catalogs)
• Proven ability to design, quote, and close projects
• Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM systems
