Job Title: Kitchen and Bath Designer / Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays Required
Pay: Hourly + Commission
Location: Port Orange, FL

Job Description:
We are a full-service Interior Design firm seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing renovations department. This is a multi-faceted role that combines sales, design, and project management.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing kitchen and bath projects from initial consultation through final installation, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations (measurements, needs assessment, project scope)
• Design kitchens and bathrooms based on client goals, budget, and space
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and design presentations
• Order materials and manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate schedules with contractors and installers
• Manage renovation projects from start to finish
• Provide in-store customer support and product guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen and bath design experience
• Experience with ProKitchen or other CAD software preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay + commission (based on experience)
• Healthcare eligibility after 90 days

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (must use personal vehicle for client appointments)
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Full-time availability, including some Saturdays
