Kitchen and Bath Designer - Remodeling

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, professional and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our premier Design-Build team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind designing beautiful, functional spaces that meet our clients’ unique needs and style preferences.

As a Designer, you will engage with customers through both inside and outside sales channels, providing exceptional service and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate confidently, and upsell thoughtfully will drive high-end sales and foster long-term client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your interior design skills while contributing to inspiring remodeling projects.

We are open to discussing full or part time for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen renovations and remodels.
• Create detailed layout designs using Chief Achitect and 2020 (Computer-Aided Design software)to visualize concepts clearly.
• Develop lighting designs that enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal within the kitchen space.
• Create detailed scope of work documents
• Lead clients through the product selection process and document selections in estimating software
• Present design proposals confidently, highlighting product features and benefits
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing
• Assist customers in product demos, explaining features of cabinetry, lighting,tile, plumbing fixtures etc
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and maintaining ongoing communication with Project Managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about current trends in high-end kitchen design, lighting and renovation techniques

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design of kitchen and bath remodeling
• Familiarity with renovation and construction processes
• Proficiency in software such as Chief Architect and 2020
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and account management to drive high-end sales success.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability in layout design, merchandising, product selection
• Knowledge of remodeling procedures, maintenance practices for kitchens, and general construction standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $42,800.00 - $94,500.00 per year
