Kitchen and Bath Designer / Sales Consultant

Bath, Kitchen & Tile is looking for a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer to join our Wilmington showroom.

In this role you’ll work directly with homeowners to design kitchens and bathrooms while guiding projects from the initial consultation through completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone with kitchen and bath experience who enjoys working with customers and wants the ability to grow their income in a sales-driven role.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or design
• Strong communication and customer skills
• Design software experience is a plus

This is a full-time showroom position with uncapped commission potential.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
