Kitchen and Bath Designer / Sales Person

WW Building Supply has an opening for a Kitchen and Bath Designer / Sales Person. This position is showroom based but will also involve site visits for measurements and consultations. This position will involve some travel in the Windham and Bennington counties but could extend further based on customer demand and opportunity.

Our experts take the time to sit down with clients one-to-one to learn about their lifestyle, space and preferred aesthetic. We provide the assistance and guidance needed to make the most of the project.

The position being hired for has potential to work a hybrid base office, with the right candidate either working full-time out of the Design Center at WW Building Supply's Wilmington location, or splitting time between the Design Center and our Newfane location. A candidate that could take on additional responsibilities with inside and outside sales for other building projects around our Deerfield Valley community would be highly sought after as well.

Pay rate commensurate with experience and ability.

Kitchen and Bath Designer Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to design kitchens and bathrooms
• Design drawings using 2020 software
• Help guide customers through product selections
• Order cabinetry and counter tops
• Assist customers with orders on other aspects of kitchen and bath updates such as tile or fixtures
• Work closely with installers to help execute projects
• General administrative duties, order management, billing, and scheduling
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Interest in construction and design
• Work full-time in office (rotating Saturday schedule)

WW Building Supply is looking to fill this role with 1 candidate, however the job is being posted twice: Once with a base in Wilmington, and once with a base in Newfane as this position could work out of either location.
