Kitchen and Bath Sales Consultant

Bath, Kitchen & Tile is hiring a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer for our Wilmington showroom.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, designing spaces, and driving sales. In this role, you’ll guide customers from the first meeting through design and project completion.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, interior design, or home improvement sales who wants to grow their income in a structured showroom environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, interior design, or home improvement sales
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects

This is a full-time, in-person showroom role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
