Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and renovating kitchens and bathrooms to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures, and appliances with accuracy and attention to detail
• Fit bathroom fixtures such as bathtubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and plumbing components according to schematics and blueprints
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, or applying sealants to ensure proper installation and finishing
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and drywall installation
• Conduct inspections during installation to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and project timelines
• Perform restoration work such as caulking, sealing joints, applying stucco or masonry repairs as needed for a polished finish

Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics related to fixtures, and general construction management practices
• Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, drills), power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders), heavy equipment operation is a plus
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise fixture installation and finishing touches
