We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bath Sales Design Consultant who will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll help clients bring their dream spaces to life while building your book of business and growing within a respected company.This design consultant has potential to grow within the company and make more $$$.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through showroom experience, showcasing products and solutions
• Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
• Close sales and ensure smooth order execution from start to finish
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, wholesale contractors, designers, and builders
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, trends, and vendor offerings
• Be a positive contributor to the Worcester showroom team

What We’re Looking For

• Sales-focused, self-motivated professional with strong follow-through
• Experience in kitchen & bath, home design, or high-end retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and work ethic
• Availability to work Saturdays (9:30 AM–4 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
