Kitchen & Bath Designer

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer with experience in cabinetry, stone surfaces, and fixtures. The ideal candidate has worked directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders, and is confident preparing 3D renderings, developing functional layouts, and guiding clients through the full design and selection process from concept to completion.

This role requires a passion for creating spaces that are both aesthetically compelling and highly functional. Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (or comparable CAD software) is required. Submission of a design portfolio is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D renderings and technical drawings using CAD software (2020 Design preferred; minimum 1 year experience required)
• Develop functional and efficient layout options for kitchens and bathrooms
• Guide clients through the selection process for cabinetry, stone slabs, tile and fixtures
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations aligned with client goals, budgets, and design preferences
• Prepare accurate estimates, including field measurements, and pricing
• Support projects throughout planning, coordination, and installation phases
• Maintain current knowledge of cabinetry lines, stone materials, fixtures, and industry trends
• Assist in developing and sharing social media content to showcase completed projects and engage prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience creating and maintaining technical drawings, preferably in cabinetry or millwork environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for design
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic calculations
• Willingness to learn and clearly explain differences between various stone types and their applications

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and product knowledge. The listed pay range is for reference; specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
