Kitchen & Bath Designer – Sales

Global Sales is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Kitchen and Bath Designer who is positive, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a proven ability to turn design consultations into successful sales. Must live near Tampa Florida.

This role requires a self-motivated, highly organized professional who excels at multitasking, time management, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to create customized kitchen and bath designs, layouts, and product selections that meet both functional needs and aesthetic goals.

The ideal candidate is confident presenting quotes, closing sales, and providing expert guidance both in person and virtually.

Full-Time (M-F, 8a-5p), In office (No nights or weekends)

Salary + Commission: Warm Leads Provided

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in designing layouts within 20/20 software program
• Designing cabinetry and working with clients up to and through the sales process on cabinets and related products (appliances, countertops, etc.)
• Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
• Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients
• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
• Collaborates with other departments, managers and staff to confirm orders are processed with accuracy, efficiency and distributed properly
• Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient with CRM, 20-20 Design and or similar software
• Must be able to read blueprints and create renderings to present to clients
• Proficient computer skills
• Thorough understanding of the cabinet design process
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Additional Benefit:

• Base compensation plus monthly bonuses. Our experienced designers typically earn in excess of $50,000 per year

Experience:

• Kitchen/Bath design: 2 years (Required)
• 2020 Design program 20-20 Design and or similar software: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• Associate's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree is Preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
