Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer / Salesperson who also specializes in online sales. This role combines design expertise with strong sales skills, focusing on converting online leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to design kitchens and bathrooms based on their needs and budget
• Generate and follow up on online leads (website, email, social media inquiries)
• Prepare quotes, layouts, and proposals
• Close sales and manage projects from design to delivery
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process
• Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on design trends

Qualifications:

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and sales preferred
• Proficiency in design software (2020 Design or similar is a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Experience with online sales or CRM systems is a plus
