Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales

Wisconsin Kitchen Mart, Inc., a leading kitchen remodeling company in Milwaukee, WI., is seeking a creative, motivated individual to join our design/sales team full time. In this position, you can expect to create functional designs within customer budgets to meet company goals, work closely with other designers and field personnel to finish projects in a timely matter, collaborate with a wide range of clientele both in our showroom and their homes, and more. This jobs begins with a training period working alongside our experienced designers on their current projects, and moves to you taking on new projects independently.

Requirements:

• Experience in the kitchen design/sales field preferred
• Basic construction knowledge preferred
• Team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to take on multiple projects at once
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Travel between job sites and our showroom daily
• Able to work some evenings and Saturdays
