Please note: · Employee will work mainly in a showroom/office environment but will be responsible for making house calls/jobsite visits. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm, every other Saturday from 9 am - 4 pm.

Kitchen & Bathroom Designer/Sales Responsibilities

• Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and provide top-notch and timely customer service.
• Take accurate site measurements of kitchen and bathroom space.
• Design functional, comfortable kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 software that meet code and customer requirements.
• Create accurate orders that lead to minimal-to-no errors or re-work needed on cabinets.
• Manage the kitchen and bathroom installation process to provide customers with a seamless point of service.
• Develop and manage leads by calling on existing Concord BDC customers who do not buy kitchens from us, cold calling other builders and following up with showroom leads.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Kitchen & Bath Design Experience
• Prior knowledge of 2020 design software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have a good working knowledge of all product lines.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must understand the urgency and importance of following up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
