What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with clients to design and sell kitchen and bathroom projects
• Provide expert guidance on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and finishes
• Create estimates, layouts, and proposals
• Manage projects from initial consultation through closing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Data entry, filing, answering phones.

Document all information provided.

Creation and processing of lead sheets, quotes and sales folders. Process sales data in QB.

maintain literature, samples and displays.

Process invoice orders and coordinate warehouse operations towards fulfillment.

Schedule template and installation appointments

Assist clients and answer questions with respect to client's projects. reach out to appropriate personnel within the company for answers to specific questions.

Familiarize knowledge within the natural and engineered stone industry and home improvement contracting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (kitchen & bath industry preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and design concepts
• Ability to read plans and measurements (a plus)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
