Kitchen Cabinet Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinet spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements while ensuring that designs adhere to budget constraints and industry standards.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their design preferences.
• Create detailed kitchen layouts using design software such as 20/20, Sketchup, 3ds Max, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Draft plans and specifications for installations, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Utilize color theory to select appropriate materials, finishes, and color palettes that enhance the overall aesthetics
• Prepare budgets for projects, providing clients with accurate cost estimates.
• Present design concepts to clients through visual aids and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary measurements for accurate designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to provide innovative solutions.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 and Sketchup is mandatory. Experience in budgeting for projects and a solid understanding of construction processes will be advantageous. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
