Kitchen Cabinet Designer

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Cabinet Designer to be the face of our company and would be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by helping customers make selections for their project needs.

Job Description:

· Designing customer kitchen and bath layouts using 2020 cabinet design software.

· Work with customer/contractor/interior designers to translate customer needs and layout measurements into the design specification.

· Process order placement with vendors.

· Follow up on order processing, customer pickup/delivery and post sales customer service, any required modifications and problem resolutions.

· Greeting customers with a friendly smile and seeing that all customer needs are met.

· In-home measuring for cabinet/bath jobs.

· Answering phones and emails.

· Handling cash drawer and opening/closing duties.

· Help stock merchandise.

· Help keep the store clean and safe.

Our ideal candidate is one who has proven customer service and basic math & tape measure skills, experience with 2020 cabinet software program, MS Office and possess professional phone etiquette. This candidate must be organized and proficient and maintain the required performance and quality standards. Ability to safely lift 50lbs occasionally and has a clean driving record.

Position

Full time position, schedule varies between morning and evening shifts including Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Compensation depends on current experience.
