Ivy Cabinets is a mid- to high-end cabinet shop serving Northwest Arkansas. We work with both manufacturer cabinets and custom in-house builds, giving our designers a wide range of projects to work on.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be involved in the full design process, from initial layouts to final, production-ready plans.

• Design kitchens, baths, and built-ins using 2020 Design (Design Flex)
• Mozaik experience is a plus, especially for custom work
• Turn plans and field measurements into thoughtful, functional layouts
• Prepare clear, polished design presentations for clients
• Order cabinets, parts, and components with attention to detail
• Help manage timelines and keep projects moving smoothly
• Work closely with our team to finalize details and ensure accuracy

We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized and takes ownership of their projects in a steady, reliable way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet design experience (kitchen, bath, built-ins, or similar)
• Strong experience with 2020 Design (Design Flex)
• Comfortable and efficient working on a computer
• Good understanding of cabinetry, space planning, and appliance layout
• A natural eye for design—balance, proportion, and finishes
• Organized, dependable, and detail-focused

Nice to Have

• Experience with Mozaik
• Familiarity with both custom and manufacturer cabinet workflows

Compensation

• $50,000 – $60,000 starting range, depending on experience and software proficiency
• Candidates who are already confident in 2020 Design and able to quickly pick up Mozaik can expect to be toward the higher end of the starting range
• Strong long-term potential to grow into the $65,000 – $70,000+ range as you take on larger projects, manage timelines, and contribute at a higher level
