Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements for kitchen cabinetry and overall space planning.
• Create detailed, accurate designs using software such as 2020 design.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include material selections, color schemes based on color theory principles, lighting design considerations, and remodeling ideas.
• Prepare precise construction documents and specifications to facilitate seamless communication with contractors and vendors.
• Manage project timelines and contracts to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients throughout the renovation or remodeling process to ensure design intent is achieved.

Skills

• Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in 2020 3D design software preferred.
• Experience in project management including scheduling, and contract oversight within renovation or remodeling projects.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members effectively.
