Kitchen Cabinet Shoroom Manager

A kitchen cabinet showroom manager oversees the daily operations of a kitchen cabinet showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales. This role involves managing staff, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and providing expert advice on kitchen renovations. They also develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and collaborate with other teams like design and installation. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience:Creating a welcoming and organized environment, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the sales process.
• Sales Management:Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline from initial consultation to installation, and achieving sales targets.
• Staff Management:Recruiting, training, and motivating showroom staff, conducting regular sales meetings, and ensuring staff provide excellent customer service.
• Showroom Operations:Maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring product displays are up-to-date and visually appealing, and overseeing inventory control.
• Collaboration:Working with other departments like design and installation to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on the latest kitchen trends, product knowledge, and renovation techniques to provide expert advice to customers, according to some job descriptions.
• Reporting:Preparing and analyzing sales reports, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to overall showroom performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in kitchen or home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen design and renovation trends.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain a visually appealing showroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD800.000 per month
