Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team. This role is primarily focused on maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position also offers the opportunity to learn barista skills and latte art through on-the-job training for candidates interested in developing their hospitality and coffee knowledge.

Key Responsibilities - Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and preparation areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Food Preparation

• Slice and prepare artisan breads and bakery products for service.
• Prepare sandwiches and simple menu items according to company standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and daily kitchen tasks as required.
• Ensure preparation areas remain clean and organized throughout the day.

General Support

• Assist the bakery and café teams with operational tasks as needed.
• Support opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Training Opportunity

• Learn the fundamentals of specialty coffee preparation.
• Receive training in milk steaming and latte art.
• Gain exposure to café operations and hospitality skills.

Requirements

• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous kitchen, cleaning, bakery, or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen, bakery, café, or food service environment.
• Bahraini National registered with MLSD, qualified to register, or candidates with a transferable work visa.
