Kitchen Coordinator

  • Coordinate daily production schedules and order flow
  • Communicate between kitchen team, management, and other departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering
  • Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of items
  • Maintain proper documentation (orders, wastage, reports)
  • Support chefs with operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance
  • Handle basic troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly
