Kitchen Crew

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated, hard-working, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew Members to join our restaurant team. As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation tasks (chopping, peeling, portioning, etc.)
• Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow health and safety guidelines (HACCP standards)
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as required
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Support other team members and communicate effectively to achieve kitchen goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus (but not required)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable lifting up to 25–30 lbs
• Ability to work in hot and busy kitchen environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
