Kitchen Design and Sales - Italian Brand - Kitchen sales/Design experience required.

We need a person to design cabinets for our showroom. Familiarity with cabinets design software is an advantage.

Willing to attend the company meetings, training sessions, and all the industry events is required for the candidate who wants to apply for this position.

This position might include the out of state trips as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Having a history in Design, interior, architecture background or related education

* Strong verbal ability to communicate, response and follow up

* Having an eye for details and colors

* Enjoying working as a team member and willing to be a self starter

* Comfortable with a startup environment

* Being well organized and professional appearance is mandatory

* Working with Microsoft office apps is the must

* Being familiar with any 3D software, and photography skill is a HUGE PLUS!

* Being able to be in control in the business hectic moments is very important

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Learning our unique 3D software and create 3D drawings in coordination with the company owner

. Update our website and social media per our guidelines (If needed)

. Communicate with the clients and be able to represent the company at the highest level

. Manage the time and schedule

. Maintain industry knowledge and improve on daily basis

. Work closely with the team members, designers and the crew

. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure

. Providing the Daily, weekly and monthly reports for owner's review.

. Maintain knowledge of creative trends, products and innovations.

. To respect the working hours, the importance of not using the cellphone or doing personal activities.

. Maintain a clean and well organized work station is mandatory.
