Job Summary:
An experienced former Chef with at least 5 years of professional experience, responsible for managing and developing the laboratory/kitchen. Focused on innovation, process improvement, and high-quality output, leading the team to create new recipes, optimize workflows, and ensure food safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the lab/kitchen team effectively.
  • Develop and innovate recipes, menu items, and production processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and raw material availability.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health standards.
