We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing site activities and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment
- Lead, manage, and motivate the technical team to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements and monitor ongoing projects
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
- Plan and manage team schedules, duty rosters, and workload allocation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare basic reports and updates using computer systems
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (hot & cold equipment)
- Proven ability to manage and handle technical teams
- Experience with site visits and project execution
- Good computer skills (MS Office, reporting, scheduling)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
Preferred:
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or catering industry
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites
