Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of all commercial kitchen equipment. The candidate will supervise technical activities, ensure preventive maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, mixers, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and gas-related issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen operations team to schedule repairs without disrupting production.
• Supervise technicians and external contractors.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Respond quickly to urgent breakdowns and emergencies.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and cost-saving solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, gas, and mechanical systems.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.
