Kitchen Equipment Technician

With a reputation for excellence and reliability, we are expanding our service team and looking for a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to join us.

Role Summary:
The Kitchen Equipment Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience, and a proactive attitude to ensure that client operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and stainless-steel fabricated items.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on site.
• Ensure all repairs are completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on proper equipment use and care.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and completed work.
• Collaborate with the service team and report directly to the Service/Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and gas equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
