JRCC is seeking a skilled Kitchen Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of its commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. This on-site role is crucial in supporting seamless food preparation and event operations by ensuring all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment
• Repair and replace faulty kitchen or laundry systems
• Install and test new appliances when required
• Liaise with vendors for spare parts and service support
• Keep accurate logs of maintenance tasks and equipment performance
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests during events
