Kitchen Equipment Technician

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician with strong expertise in Combi Ovens – especially Rational brand – and other major commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance & repair of Rational Combi Ovens
• Knowledge of major brands: Convotherm, Electrolux, Hobart, MKN, UNOX, etc.
• Ability to diagnose electrical & mechanical faults
• Experience in hot & cold kitchen equipment service
• UAE experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (added advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine PPM & breakdown repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances
• Maintain service reports and communicate with customers professionally
