At Kitopi, we’re on a mission to satisfy the world’s appetite. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Kitchen Equipment Technician to support our high-performance kitchen operations by ensuring all equipment runs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, refrigeration, dishwashers, etc.)

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Coordinate with kitchen teams and external service providers as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and electrical systems.

Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems is an advantage.

Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred.
