Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, fryers, dishwashers, and other food service appliances. Ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently while performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
