Job Summary:

Elite Clubhouse and Billiard is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Help in plating and serving food during busy hours.
• Receive and store food supplies and ingredients properly.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and workstations are cleaned and sanitized after use.
• Support chefs and cooks with any additional tasks as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen helper, steward, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
