We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Storekeeper to oversee and manage the inventory and store operations at one of our sites. The role involves managing inventory and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Receive, store, and issue parts, ensuring accurate stock levels with regular physical counts and bin card updates.
Store Operations: Manage daily tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing parts. Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Logistics Coordination: Facilitate timely delivery of goods and implement "First In, First Out" (FIFO) for inventory turnover.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including indents, purchase orders, and stock movements.
Compliance: Ensure quality control and adherence to procurement and storage guidelines.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in the GCC.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage small-scale store operations.
Familiarity with computerized inventory systems.
Experience in procurement and logistics management.
Must have skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
Only who have experience in Heavy equipment, construction , oil and Gas apply for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
