- Cooking Assistance: Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in cooking and preparing menu items, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and handling of food products, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and functional.
- Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to food hygiene policies and safety regulations, ensuring that all food items are stored properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Inventory Management: Help with receiving deliveries, checking the quality of ingredients, and managing stock levels to ensure the kitchen is well supplied.
