Kitchen Helper

· Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales

· Basic knowledge about food production & menu items

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent personality and ability to communicate effectively with VIPs

· Responsible to buy products that are essential for our premises day-to-day operations. He will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock.

· Compare and evaluate offers from the market

· Able to collect the orders from Depts and buy them on daily basis.

· Review quality of purchased products

· Maintain updated records of purchased items.

· Look for the best deals / quality

· Seek to obtain and purchase all goods and services at the lowest possible cost/quality

· Able to maintain a proper petty cash daily / weekly

· Coordinate with our staff to ensure proper storage & quantity received .

· Well organized

· Know the Qatari market would be an advantage.
