Kitchen Helper

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant culinary team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation and kitchen operations to grow and contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities: - Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation tasks. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. - Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as needed. - Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use. - Dispose of waste properly and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations. - Support the team during busy periods to maintain efficient kitchen flow. - Stock and arrange kitchen supplies as directed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Good physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting of kitchen supplies. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage. - Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
