Kitchen Intern/Chef - Catering Graduate (Baking & Finger Foods)

Job Description
Our client is a a growing cloud kitchen specializing in baked finger foods for corporate orders. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Catering College graduates who are eager to start their culinary career and learn directly from an experienced Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want hands-on training in baking, finger food preparation, assembling, and corporate food production, with long-term growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in preparing baked finger foods and snacks.
  • Learn and follow standardized recipes and written instructions.
  • Support in measuring ingredients, mixing, baking, and assembling food items.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling corporate orders accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and bulk order preparation.
  • Follow food safety and quality guidelines at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Catering / Hotel Management (recent graduate preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of baking and kitchen operations.
  • Good English reading skills to follow written recipes and instructions.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the company.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Own valid UAE visa preferred

Salary & Benefits
Salary AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 depending on skills and qualification. Health insurance provided by the company. Hands-on training under experienced Chef. Growth opportunity into permanent Cook / Commis role based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
