Kitchen Maintenance Technician

We are looking for Kitchen Maintenance Technician who has strong knowledge of Mechanical , electrical & plumbing works

will be working in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of professional-grade appliances in restaurants, hotels, and industrial facilities. This role ensures that "hot side" (ovens, fryers) and "cold side" (refrigerators, ice machines) equipment remains operational to prevent service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including industrial ovens, steam cookers, dishwashers, and ventilation

Repair & Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing failures and execute specialized repairs on circuit boards, igniters, and digital controls.

Installation: Set up new industrial-grade appliances and connect necessary piping for gas or water lines.

Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety tests to ensure equipment meets manufacturer standards and local health department regulations.

Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate log of repairs, manage spare parts stock, and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical/vocational training or certifications in related fields are a plus.
• Min 3 years experience

Salary package: 300-350 OMR + Company accommodation + Transportation and Duty Meal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
