Position: Culinary Manager

Schedule: Dayshift Monday-Friday (80 hours per biweekly pay period) with some weekend assistance as needed. This is a salaried/exempt position.

Salary Range: $58,000 - 60,000 depending on experience.

Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Assisted Living kitchen in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Assisted Living Director, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the kitchen and dining space is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Starting Salary Range: $58,000 - 60,000 annual depending on experience.

Job Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the culinary department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, governing our facility, and assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the culinary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).
