Manager – Restaurant

Full-Time hybrid server/manager | Hourly + tips | Performance-Based Growth

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead a our dual concept restaurant. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and an active presence on the floor to drive guest satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations and service execution
  • Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of staff
  • Drive operational efficiency and maintain service standards
  • Actively engage guests through consistent table touching
  • Monitor and control labor, food cost (COGS), and inventory levels
  • Manage payroll, weekly deposits, and reporting in R365
  • Oversee POS operations using TOAST POS
  • Ensure proper cash handling and financial accuracy
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to server/bartend during certain shifts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in QSR, fast casual, or casual dining
  • Strong background in restaurant financial management (labor, inventory, food cost control)
  • Experience with TOAST POS and R365 preferred
  • Proven leadership in team development and performance management
  • High standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience
  • Excellent communication and accountability skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
